We expect to cooperate with the allies through academic and technical collaboration to help train the high school graduates to become experts in the field of medical laboratory science and biotechnology, and awarded them the Bachelor of Science degree if only they complete 128 credits of the program.
Curriculum design: Combining the experienced teaching faculty, which includes faculty members from Department of Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology, School of Medicine, Department of Medicinal and Applied Chemistry, Department of Biomedical Science and Environmental Biology, Center for General Education, and Division of Physical Education, with the sophisticated clinical faculty of KMUH to establish the Curriculum Planning Committee discussing about the curriculum for different professions through meetings, and award the graduates with Bachelor of Science degree.
Courses designed will be focused in skills and knowledge. (F-2)
- During the first three years, the students are enrolled in general education, science, and preliminary medical technology courses.
- During the final year, students are required to stay 20 weeks in hospitals for clinical practice in the final year which train students to have the core value.
